Temp Control for fridge

Thanks to http://groups.msn.com/MacabresBrewery/brewingfridge.msnw for providing me these images for easy temperature control for a fridge for brewing.

The first image is the Adloheat THF 0-40*C thermostat

This particualr image is the Jaycar digital thermometer used inside the fridge to give a perfect read-out.

Racked Brew in secondary

I finished racking the brew into secondary & put it back into the fridge at fermentation temps...around 19*C. I will leave this at this stage for around 3-4 days.

Racking to secondary...

I racked to secondary on Sunday 29/01 to clear the brew out & get it off the yeast bed.

Sample from Fermenter

This sample was taken from the fermenter on the first day, before the fermenting process had started...nice huh? :)

Honey Blonde in Fermenter

This has just been put into the fermenter & placed in the fridge.

• Safale S-04 yeast
• 325g Leabrook Farms Strawberry Clover honey
• 12g Super Alpha hop tea bag

Trying to get the wort down to fermenting temps...approx. 19*C

Inside the Brewery...

This is a quick look inside the Black Pearl Brewing Co.
